Fat Soluble Vitamins
What is a Vitamin? Simply stated, it is a nutrient that the body needs in small
amounts to function and maintain health. For an in-depth definition of vitamin go to:

What is the  recommended daily allowance (RDA). The Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) issue RDAs for vitamins and minerals. These U.S. dietary
guidelines  are issued every five years. The last recommendation was in 2005
which was the most far-reaching ever, called the Report of the U.S. Dietary
Guidelines Advisory Committee on Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Every five
years the RDA changes, increasing/decreasing the daily allowance and/or adding
other vitamins or minerals. Arsenic has recently being touted as having health
benefits--- Small doses have been shown to send some forms of cancer into
remission, and it can also help thin blood, however research involving the mineral
is still in the labs as man continues to try to explain mother earth--- and could be
possibly added to the list in 2010.

As noted above processed and cooked foods have lost a significant portion of  their
vitamin and mineral content. Consequently, it should come as no surprise that it is
well-known that there is a vitamin deficiency in the US population for  the obvious
reasons stated on website.

We believe that multivitamins should be take at least three times a day with meals
to compensate for the lost vitamin and mineral content from processing,  cooking
and cultivation. We believe the last multivitamin and any other supplement is the
most important where it is undisputed that the human body repairs itself during
sleep.

Further, one multivitamin does not provide all of the minerals needed in one
dosage, read the RDA label and supplement those that are lacking. A recent article
by the Harvard Medical School now supports the conclusions of this website.
